• Act as the face of the restaurant and welcome patrons • Organize and arrange customers’ seating, handle pick-up orders, and resolve customer complaints • Take orders from patrons, wait tables, and complete transactions with customers • Assisted and adapted during a tumultuous time of Covid, where with the opening of the outdoor patio, our customer base increased by 20%.
