I’m a senior product, strategy, and go-to-market leader with a career built at the intersection of product, customers, technology, and revenue. I’ve founded two SaaS companies, led product from concept through launch, managed development teams, built product roadmaps, written requirements, shaped market positioning, supported enterprise commercialization, and helped companies turn complex technology into products customers understand, adopt, and buy. My background is intentionally well-rounded. I’ve worked across product management, commercial strategy, customer discovery, product marketing, partnerships, implementation, enterprise sales, and executive leadership. That combination gives me a practical perspective on what makes software succeed: the product has to solve a real market problem, the strategy has to be clear, the customer experience has to be usable, and the business model has to support growth. Earlier in my career, I founded HireMatch.me, a SaaS assessment and job-matching platform that used matching logic to improve recruiting outcomes. HireMatch was acquired in 2012. I later co-founded Electronic Insight / eiTalent, where we brought patented contextual analysis technology to market and used written communications to generate insights into fit, engagement, behavior, and motivation. In both companies, I was deeply involved in product direction, roadmap management, customer discovery, Agile development, user stories, QA, market selection, competitive positioning, launch, and commercialization. Since then, I’ve worked with B2B SaaS companies across HR tech, talent intelligence, analytics, CRM, customer engagement, and post-sales revenue growth. My roles have included product evangelism, product marketing, early adopter programs, implementation leadership, strategic partnerships, enterprise commercialization, and revenue strategy. Today, I serve as CRO at Kapta, where my role goes well beyond traditional sales. I’m helping build the commercial strategy, positioning, messaging, market narrative, pipeline engine, and brand for a SaaS platform focused on customer retention and revenue growth. It’s a role that combines product strategy, market strategy, customer insight, and commercial execution.
