My experience includes knowledge of warehousing processes and improvements to these by applying project approach, customer service- and quality-related affairs. As Project Manager I am responsible for supervising and realizing warehouse projects from start to finish. These projects are aimed at large customer implementations and range from setting up a completely new site to adapting an existing warehouse operation. As a Project Manager, I manage project members, consisting of colleagues from, among others, operations, HR, Finance and IT. + Composing and managing a multidisciplinary project team, + Leading the team, monitoring the progress and follow-up of all activities and ensuring that they are carried out in a qualitatively correct manner, + informing and coordinating the various project stakeholders, including internal and external management, + drawing up the project plan containing all necessary aspects, such as impact analyses, cost price calculations, resource calculations, requirements and preconditions, + monitor the budget throughout the project and ensure that a positive P&L result is achieved, + ensure correct and complete transfer to the operation
