Operations management for logistics and customer service
Responsible for end-to-end procurement process for selected category of products (wood based). Leading group of 10 high-level specialists (technical, logistics, purchase), annual procurement budget 600 mln EUR. Leading and accomplishing several cost optimization projects connected to manufacturing efficiency, logistics accuracy and costs, product quality, sustainability.
Leader of transport function in Polish office. Responsible for sourcing and operating transport and consolidation services in territory of Poland. Annual operational budget of 190 MEUR, 60 co-workers, 60 service providers, global scope of transport operations.
Procurement of transport services ex Poland, securing on-time deliveries from production units to store units and DCs in IKEA distribution network, control over purchase and operational cost levels according to defined budget goals, leadership and development of 15 co-workers.
