Training Supervisor – Executive Recruitment and Development Analyzes training needs to develop new training programs and improve existing programs for Head Office employees Designs & develops job induction program for Senior Managers & Executives Facilitates orientation sessions and arranges on-the-job training for new hires Implements and arranges ongoing skills training and personal development classes for staff members Ensure completeness and readiness of all training logistics and reports Notable Projects: Part of the team who piloted the Supervisory and Management Development Program which was designed to prepare high-potential Rank and File and Supervisors for the next level (Supervisorial and Managerial) Spearheaded the first ever HR Hackathon Handled the SM Connect Program which resulted to an overall branch-wide training reach of 200% Improved the New Hire Orientation Program for newly-hired employees across all levels (Rank and file to Executives) Facilitated the Achieving Personal Enrichment Program Partnered with the Business Unit leaders in driving the usage of SM Academy as a learning tool for their employees Implemented the HR Information System (HRIS) across the 3 entities of SM Retail
Pays employees by calculating pay; distributing checks; maintaining records Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
