About

As Business Transformation Lead, I have the mission and ambition to help Unilever to create Desire at Scale and to win in the marketplace. Through leading the Program Mirai, we will not only upgrade and integrated our current ERP landscape, but also drive huge process simplification and harmonization, to unlock the capacity to better service customers and consumers, while improving the ways of working of our teams. It is also about transforming Unilever to be fit for the Age of AI, with faster implementation and adoption. With over 20 years of E2E Supply Chain experience in different geographies, I have a proven track record of delivering competitive costs, service, and quality, while creating a robust and innovative eco-system with suppliers and commercial partners. I believe in positioning operations as a big source of value creation for organizations, and I trust the power of commercial acumen and strategic vision to transform the economics of a business, both in top and bottom lines. My personal purpose is to enjoy the ride as much as the destination, leading business and people to their high performance and development, being a catalyst of change, pushing boundaries and building bridges.
