Led a diverse, high performing, customer-facing team of 10 Managers and Associate Directors for BMS Access Support within the Mid-Atlantic Region (SC, NC, VA, DC, TN, WV, OH, KY, IN). Team is responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with customers in all assigned Oncology and Immunology accounts and along with BMS / Celgene Access Support, provides information and resources to support a clinical decision to use BMS products by providing access and reimbursement support across large IDNs, Academic Medical Centers and Community accounts. Also helps lead and champion alignment with BMS Access Support, Market Access Strategy, Field Sales, Brand Marketing, and the Market Access Field Teams.
Lead a Region of 10 Access and Reimbursement Managers for BMS Access Support/Celgene Patient Support & MyCamzyos Access Support Programs (Mid-Atlantic). Team is responsible for providing access & reimbursement support to the Oncology, Hematology, Immunology and Cardiovascular franchises. Maintain, innovatively optimize performance, and expand existing services for patient/product support through a business development mindset.
