I am a senior director with extensive experience in the Telecom and Utility industry, currently holding the role of CEO at AMSA Spa, member of the board in some Companies of the A2A Group and member of "Consiglio Direttivo" of Assoambiente (www.assoambiente.org) AMSA, fully owned by A2A Group, provides high quality waste management services to the Municipality of Milan and other municipalities. As CEO, I led a comprehensive Company turn around and digitalization program in 2023 and won the international bid for a new 7+2 years Contract with the Municipality of Milan in March 2024. I previously held the position of Marketing Director in Fastweb Spa, responsible for Customer Experience, Product portfolio, Sales channel strategy/compensation and Web Sales, achieving a significant growth of the customer base while at the same time strengthening margins and cash flow in spite of a very competitive environment. I have a deep knowledge of financial and controlling processes since I was Planning & Control Director in Fastweb Spa and in ASM Brescia (afterwards merged with AEM and renamed A2A). I held this position during the IPO and the first Eurobond emission of the Company, playing an active role in both projects and relevant roadshows. I was responsible for restructuring of the Controlling department, focusing on KPI identification, business reporting and implementation of collection processes. I was also responsible for Investor Relations in ASM Brescia, after the IPO. Previously I was a consultant in McKinsey & Co., involved in several projects of business growth, organization and new business development in the utility industry. I hold a Master of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan.
