Come Digital Building Project Manager & Coordinator, faccio da ponte tra l'ingegneria complessa (HVAC, Automazione, Controlli Elettrici) e le soluzioni smart building del futuro. Nel mio ruolo attuale, all'interno di un contesto multinazionale, guido un team di Project Manager qualificati. My journey started in the field as a Commissioning Engineer, and today I lead the digital transformation of infrastructures across Northern Italy. As Digital Building Project Manager & Coordinator, I bridge complex engineering (HVAC, Automation, Electrical Controls) with future-ready smart building solutions. In my current role within a multinational environment, I lead a team of skilled Project Managers. In questo ruolo faccio da ponte tra l'ingegneria impiantistica complessa (HVAC, Automazione, Controlli Elettrici) e le soluzioni smart building di nuova generazione, garantendo che ogni progetto sia consegnato nei tempi, secondo le specifiche e oltre le aspettative del cliente. Technical and economic management of all Northeast Italy contracts for maintenance of BMS & HVAC systems, security and fire detection. Responsibility to manage 5 internal technical engineer and 10 external system partners. Constant relationship with the customer to develop the scope of contracts and big focus to manage margins and resources. I consolidated the experience of managing people, projects and clients that i've started in 2006
This experience consolidated my leadership in team work for commissioning and management of integrated systems. I also started to manage and plan maintenance contracts of system supervision hvac. Cordinating 2 internal technical engineer and 5 external system partners. So I gained experience in the management of human resources, in the assessment of project costs and relationship with customers.
I started as a technical and instrumental engineer with digital controllers hvac ex-Landis and ex-Staefa microprocessor-based at the service of mechanical equipment. I soon began to participate in a international pilot project that included the development of a new building automation system that uses standard communication protocols Lonwork & Bacnet. The experience lasted almost two years and has allowed me to work together to support & development team learning their method of development of the new programming tools and communication protocols. Strong of this experience, I started the commissioning of new plants and new technology. I became so passionate about integrations of total building solution: Modbus, LonWorks, BACnet, Meterbus, KNX, OPC, SQL.
After the military service I quickly found employment at the marketing department of a company in Padova who installs antenna systems for civil, industrial and military clients. The experience helped me to learn the work inside the office and outside at the customer.
Having passed all selections, i'd five months of training in the Italian army cadet school of Infantry in Cesano (Roma), 174 ° course AUC. For the remaining period of ten months I served as an Officer with the rank of lieutenant in the 21° regiment in Alessandria with the task of platoon commander broadcasts
Immediately after 5 years of high school I started working for a electro-mechanical fitter. This work was an opportunity to get familiar with the electrical installation, construction of power panels and control panels at the service of mechanical equipment
