I am enthusiastic for developing and launching tech that focuses on the value for the customer, i.e. the humans using it. I enjoy receiving unfiltered direct feedback from users that don't care about bullshit buzzwords, but want their jobs to be done. Within my jobs I have led projects that transformed and improved the daily work of blue collar and white collar workers alike. Examples are: - Development and launch of a new on-board application for internal truck drivers - Implementation of a mobile app for routine monitoring jobs for mechanics - Development and Implementation of software for automation of recurring customer service tasks - Project Lead for digitalizing the entire customer journey and the internal value chain End-to-End
HCCR: - Responsible for the management and coordination of all internal projects. I oversee the interdependencies of the projects and am responsible for alignment with HCCR's overall strategy. - Identification and execution of new (digital) innovations - Strategic conceptualization and harmonization of internal processes and their alignment with external stakeholders
Master Thesis on why Digital Innovation Units are being closed in collaboration with Infront
At Infront, I was able to learn more about how organizations can facilitate Digital Innovation and how using collective capabilities enhances the generation of new ideas. I supported the development of new digital business models and strategies for digitalization and digital transformation of German corporations and SMEs. I helped develop concepts to prepare organizations for the future with cross-industry best practices. Furthermore, I prepared pitch-decks and project proposals.
