Leading the team of the HR BPs for the Engineering & Operational Excellence functions, alignment of HR activities within the organisation and coordination with other HR BP departments especially in A350 Programme. Responsible for the Expert Career Path and the Aircraft Architect Development Path.

Coordination of the HR BPs for the different Centres of Excellence alignment of HR activities within the organisation and coordination with other HR BP departments especially in Engineering, Programmes and A350 Programme. Implementation of all HR aspects regarding the Operations change programme.
Operational HR management of a transnational organisation with 3800 employees spread across the world (Europe, USA, China & Middle East) and various different legal entities. In October 2009 I took over in addition the responsibility of the HR management of the Customer Affairs department. This organisation added a different population (commercial) to my portfolio with more than 500 employees across the world and offices amongst others in Hongkong, Sydney, Singapore & Moscow.
