XAPT provides full-scale services from selling to implementation, training, system design and support. -Assisting Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP implementation projects (Participated multiple projects, customer in Idaho,US Dec. 2014 - May 2015; at the GoLive of our customer in Dallas - July 2014) -Member of the Sustainable Engineering Team for two essential projects of XAPT at the Pre-GoLive stage -Working on international projects of customers around the Globe in the Heavy Equipment Dealer Industry -Participating in professional discussions with Onsite IT consultants and developers -Providing support for created Dynamics AX solutions, Live systems of customers -Participating at trainings, acquiring new professional skills, learning project methodologies -Organizing NAXT Academies/2 months long training (last one in Sept-Dec 2014 for the US HQ newcomers, based on the dynamic growth yearly 2-3x for appr. 15-20 newcomers - Junior Consultants) -Holding trainings and presentations in the field of our Industry specific solution -First round interviewing for junior consultant newcomers -Participating at Job fairs in Hungary
