Management of Agile partners on development, integration and deployment on the front-end (Mobile App and Web UI) and back-end of the E2E IoT platform for agricultural sensors and defining the roadmap for the long-term goals. - Drafting and implementing company processes, platform architecture, mock-ups for Mobile App and WebUI resulting in an in-time delivery.
