My core expertise lies in multifamily: sourcing, structuring, and repositioning Core+ and Value-Add assets into stable, long-term performers. In parallel, I am expanding into commercial-to-residential conversions - a natural extension where housing demand and office obsolescence intersect. I create value where capital, execution, and growth meet: • 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: deal sourcing, underwriting, and repositioning strategies. • 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: scaling portfolios with institutional governance and operational playbooks. • 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: delivering full-cycle projects from sourcing and permitting to turnkey execution. Alongside this residential focus, I bring experience in alternative platforms: most recently, I co-founded a venture-backed operator in Europe’s fastest-growing sports vertical, leading the German market-entry and building an asset-light rollout pipeline. I believe sustainable value comes from combining disciplined execution, strong partnerships, and foresight into how demographics, technology, and ESG will reshape how we live and work. My ambition is to apply this experience in building and expanding real estate platforms with institutional partners – creating sustainable value at scale.

Founded Trauth, a premium workwear brand for the hospitality industry, serving over 2,500 Prosumer and B2B clients. Following a successful early phase and a later passive period, I ensured a responsible handover to new ownership in 2023 to continue the brand’s development.
