Responsible for managing recruitment processes and hiring approvals, as well as overseeing headcount movements and changes within our Enabling Functions business. In addition, I lead and contribute to a range of talent acquisition projects, focusing on driving operational efficiency through agile practices, promoting cross-team collaboration, and ensuring successful project delivery.
