- Responsible for global transportation strategy (network design, cost management, tendering, controlling) with 300 MEUR spend. - Global responsible for selection and implementation of future transport management system across 140 sites. - Disciplinary leadership of ~30 FTE across Germany, Poland, Mexico, USA, and India.
- Managed high-impact logistics projects (e.g. ocean freight purchasing cooperation including eight automotive and non-automotive companies, 25 MEUR freight cost reduction program North America). - Supported buildup of corporate logistics strategy and organization as direct report to Vice President Corporate Logistics.
Project Management within the MAHLE Inhouse Consulting: - Development of an ERP Emergency Plan (IT and Organization driven activities to mitigate impacts towards operations) - PMO function for global coordination of Plant Performance Sprints within MAHLE - Working within the MAHLE Corona Task Force - managing the reporting within the operations streams as well as special requests from the Management Board
