A pivotal chapter in my career was my two-year expat assignment in India as Local Head of R&D for Coffee Processing, where I established a local R&D team and gained deep, first-hand exposure to the realities of agricultural supply chains. This experience not only shaped my technical leadership but also strengthened my cross-functional and cross-cultural understanding. In 2017, I founded Sigma Coffee Roaster GmbH, a purpose-driven specialty coffee company built on direct farmer relationships, traceability, and uncompromising quality. Recognized for innovation and authenticity, Sigma Coffee reflects my entrepreneurial mindset and passion for sustainable business models.
