Mit über fünf Jahren Erfahrung in der Logistik- und Lieferkettenmanagement-Branche bin ich derzeit als Plant Supply Chain Manager bei Sonoco tätig. Hier leite ich die Abteilungen Lager, Transport, Produktionsplanung und Bedarfsplanung. Mein Ziel ist es, die Leistungsfähigkeit und Stabilität der Prozesse sicherzustellen und gleichzeitig die Kosten im Griff zu behalten. As a member of the site management team, I hold overall responsibility for the Supply Chain function. I lead the departments of Warehouse, Transportation, Production Planning and Demand Planning through their respective team leaders, with full accountability for performance, cost, service level and process stability.
Responsible for leading and developing a team of front-line leads and associates in the Problem Solve department across three shifts. Coordinating with other teams and departments to ensure that the entire process from picking to shipping runs efficiently and accurately, while working with my team to continuously improve overall performance.
