Solving complex tax issues is my passion! I am a team player, enjoy learning from others and like to share my knowledge to empower people. I have a broad area of expertise in supporting both corporate and private clients on local and cross-border matters related to restructurings, M&A transactions, reorganizations, financing, criminal tax proceedings, international employment (incl. social security and retirement), and succession planning. In addition to tax law, my interests include economics, history and politics, as well as travelling, reading and sports.
