Since January 1, 2026 I have started as CEO of Heerema Marine Contractors. Prior to joining Heerema, I served as CEO of Transavia for six years and held senior leadership roles at Air France-KLM Cargo, where I gained extensive experience in transforming asset-intensive, international businesses in highly regulated and dynamic environments. These roles shaped my conviction that sustainable performance is driven by empowered teams, clear strategy, and continuous improvement. At HMC, my ambition is to build on the company’s strong heritage and technical leadership. I believe in inclusive leadership, disciplined execution, and partnerships that enable our people and our clients to succeed in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
