I am an experienced IT Professional, and over the last years active as Change and Release, Project Manager in a complex high availability IT environment. I can contribute to an organization in various roles, such as Change or Release Manager, Project Management, ITIL Process implementation & management, (Software) Configuration, Asset Management, Service (Delivery) Management, Software (Delivery) Management, Integration management or as well as fulfill an operational management role. I am at my best when I can contribute to improving operational stability by supporting / guiding projects from the start, fixing / preventing issues in the earliest possible stages (instead of waiting until teams are getting ready to deploy to production). I view procedures and operations as the current best applicable and agreed practices, where communication with all stakeholders, of course, is always present. All practices should evolve and stay focused on achieving high customer satisfaction and delivery of high quality service.
