As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), my leadership was an integral part of the development of three distinct games—a high-caliber AAA title and two equally significant AA titles. At the core of my role was the formulation of designed global marketing strategies, each tailored to the unique characteristics of the games and geared toward impactful launches. Aiming for a seamless player experience, I steered the creation of a comprehensive branding narrative and creative visuals that encapsulated the essence of each gaming venture. This approach sought to establish an immersive connection between players and the worlds they were about to explore. Delving further, I ventured into the domain of in-game revenue generation strategies. My department extended to the holistic artistic aesthetic of the games themselves and the campaigns that would propel them toward their optimal market segment. This supervisory role allowed me to refine the games' and campaigns' look, feel, and artistic resonance, ensuring they resonated with their target audiences.
