Report to EMEA General Manager in Paris, recommend and execute strategy to create the fully fledged regional organization and launch the Brand in the region after LVMH Group acquisition. Identify and implement appropriate business models (retail, franchise, wholesale) to establish the Brand in the Middle East. Lead business discussions with regional partners to discuss operations and brand representation in specific territories. Determine organizational needs, oversee recruitment process and develop talents. Develop marketing strategies, prepare annual budget report and action plan for markets, in alignment with Headquarters. Organise subsidiary office, logistics, repair centre and local brand P&L.
Report to International Sales Director in Geneva regarding all necessary operations and information and coordinated with Richemont Group shared services for regional matters. Maintain commercial performance and boost regional brand development. Manage and investigate regional distribution; created and implement suitable distribution strategy for the market. Assume Brand Ambassador title on markets and towards media, clients and partners to grow Brand image. Generate trade and consumer marketing strategies, budget and plan of action for all markets. Supervise entire supply chain process in collaboration with Headquarters and local shared services while tracking follow-up from After Sales services nationally and in Switwerland. Led profit & loss and human resources management.
Report to Middle East President and to Europe Managing & Financial Director. Manage daily operations regarding local brand development and maintain internal control over the operations. Direct regional finance matters from accounting to controlling and general finance tasks. Ensure cash-flow management and compliance with Group budget calendar deadlines while monitoring budget and applying corrective actions when necessary. Contribute to strategic planning and implementation.
