Since December 2023, I have been the Chief Strategy Officer at Syensqo and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Before that, I held a similar position at Solvay from 2012 to 2023, where I significantly upgraded our business portfolio through over 100 transformational M&A transactions. I joined Solvay following its acquisition of Rhodia in 2011, where I had been Deputy General Manager of Strategy, Marketing, and Sales since 2007. Earlier in my career, I led regional business units in Agrochemicals, Plastics, and Coating Additives at Rohm & Haas Group. I started my professional journey at Lesieur Alimentaire, where I rose from the international business development department to Director of International Development. Aside from my corporate roles, I am also an experienced photographer, passionate about nature, sports and woodworking. I once took a sabbatical to climb the world's tallest mountains, including the Himalayas, and hiked through Asia and Africa. I am happily married and the proud father of 4 children.
