Senior Finance Ops & Operations Advisor – Yuma (Special Projects) Within Yuma, I support C‑level executives and the board on complex finance and operations topics resulting from growth, scaling and increasing organizational complexity. My role is advisory and project‑based, without line responsibility, and focused on special projects with direct impact on controllability, transparency and decision‑making. My main areas of contribution include: advising and supporting CFOs and leadership teams on finance operations and governance designing and improving reporting, data and information structures translating strategic requirements into financial and operational reporting supporting systems, data flows and control frameworks acting as a bridge between board, finance, operations and systems I typically operate as a trusted advisor, combining experience, independence and a strong execution focus.
In my role as Director at MCME, I support clients and organizations on strategic and operational finance topics, primarily in an advisory and project‑based capacity. My work focuses on: supporting CFOs and C‑level teams with complex finance and operations challenges improving and redesigning finance operations, reporting structures and data flows contributing to special projects related to growth, professionalization, system changes or governance bridging the gap between strategy, operations, systems and financial reality I typically operate as a trusted advisor — independent, experienced and focused on solutions that are sustainable and practical within the organization.
