I didn’t get into ESG because it was trending — I got into it because I saw how fast expectations around sustainability were changing, and how unprepared most organizations were to respond in a meaningful way. That gap between regulation and real impact is what drives me. Today, I work at the intersection of ESG, data, and business — supporting CSRD/ESRS implementation, contributing to ESG reporting, and turning complex regulatory requirements into structured, actionable insights. I’m particularly interested in how ESG can move beyond compliance and become a driver of long-term value — not only in corporate environments, but also in industries like sports, where the opportunity for impact is still largely untapped.
