- Responsible for the development and supervision of the portfolio management of all accounting projects at Deutsche Bahn AG including business case calculations, RoI monitoring and regular presentations to management - Continuous development of the Accounting Shared Services Function at Deutsche Bahn AG in close cooperation with the technology teams and divisional management - Responsible for the implementation of a Finance AI-Center of Excellence and pipeline management in cross-functional coordination with the business units and related administrative areas - Definition and implementation of project management structures and processes to ensure a standard project lifecycle
- Responsible project lead and sub-project lead within the scope of the design, implementation and continuous professionalization of the finance function within headquarters, business units and shared service organizations - Responsible for the design and implementation of digitally supported organizational structures and governance concepts for group-wide back-office functions (e.g. finance, HR, procurement) - Conceptualization of group-wide steering models and reporting and forecasting structures in finance - Execution of business case analyses and feasibility studies in cross-departmental transformation projects - End-to-end process standardization and automation via implementation of enabling technologies (e.g., workflow solutions, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence) - Change management conceptualization and stakeholder management on C-level
