Product Development of Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Credit & Hedge Funds
• Product development of real estate, multi manager private equity and infrastructure funds • Project lead of product developments from idea to launch • Coordination and inclusion of all internal and external parties required as part of the product development process (portfolio management, legal, tax, operations, management committees, AIFM, Admin, marketing, business development, client advisors, finance) • Revision of legal/tax/marketing documents and communication with internal/external specialists and advisors
-Project lead of several projects under the CEO/COB: • Development of real estate debt funds • Setup and implementation of reporting process for real estate debt funds • Coordination of a merger between two running debt funds. • Bond issue -Preparation and performance of management strategy workshops -Preparation of presentations and business plans for investors/potential investors, business partners, banks and attendance of many meetings along with the CEO -Lead of a real estate analyst and project related lead of several colleagues from various business units
• Due Diligence of residential portfolios as part of the acquisition process • Examination of residential properties on expected returns and fit into funds • Modelling of business plans on fund and property level • Preparation of company marketing material as well as fundraising presentations of new real estate funds • Assistance in the process of fund structuring and revising fund documentation
