As Global Head of Group Project Logistics at thyssenkrupp Uhde GmbH, I am responsible for the logistical project management for chemical plants worldwide – from the early project phase to successful implementation on site. I work at thyssenkrupp Uhde because I am motivated by technical excellence, industrial standards, and real responsibility. Plant construction requires holistic thinking: technology, logistics, project management, and people must work together under demanding conditions. In my role, I operate at the interfaces between engineering, project management, procurement, supply chains, and operational implementation. The goal is to establish logistics not as a supporting function, but as a value-adding success factor in the project. I stand for the following topics: Project logistics in international plant engineering Leadership in interdisciplinary organizations Taking responsibility – even in uncertain times Practical digitalization Development of people, teams, and structures Let's talk about project logistics as a success factor in plant engineering, operational excellence, and effective leadership.
