Overseeing the departments of Information Technology (IT), Software Quality Assurance according to the KPIs specified by the Company’s Management Reporting to the CEO In close collaboration with the CEO, developing, reviewing and refining the IT departments’ structures and strategies Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations according to Luxembourg’s financial regulator CSSF as well as Luxembourg law Handling annual budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness Developing the departments of Information Technology (IT) into customer-centric organisations which adapt to the needs of the globalising business
Manage information technology and computer systems Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organisational strategy Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Audit systems and assess their outcomes Preserve assets, information security and control structures Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
