Deputy of the Director Human Resources: * Accountability for the development and implementation of HR standards, including leadership team of seven direct reports and ~100 employees * Responsibility for Employee Management & Services, a future‑oriented HR IT landscape, and high‑quality, timely reporting * Representation of HR towards key internal stakeholders and strategic contribution to leadership development, cross‑functional initiatives, and HR strategy
Member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CFO of TenneT: * Accountability for the regulatory affairs unit (ca. 40 employees) which acts as single point of contact towards the regulatory authorities and is in the lead for discussions on the future regulatory framework * The unit is responsible for safeguarding the revenues of currently EUR 6.3 bn (2024) and the compliance with the regulatory framework * Representation of TenneT towards various stakeholders
* Accountability for the German regulatory department (ca. 18 employees) which acts as single point of contact towards the German regulator Bundesnetzagentur and is in the lead for discussions on the future regulatory framework * The department is responsible for safeguarding the German revenues of currently EUR 3.5 bn (2021) and the compliance with the regulatory framework * Representation of TenneT towards various stakeholders
