In more than 30 years of experience with OTIS Switzerland, I am able to share an important knowledge on elevator business and public transportation, especially in the domains of safety, quality and technical in operational and functional activities. I took advantage of various positions covering technical support, product management, field operation for new equipment, maintenance & repairs and modernisation to acquire experience in this business. I had the change to improve my competencies and skills being 8 years referent for the company as ethic and compliance officer as additional fonction. During 3 years I acquired experience on shuttle activities as responsible of the team in charge of the operation 7/24 and maintenance at the Skymetro system at Zurich Airport. Since 2014, during 2 years, I expanded my competencies in the UTC group by working in addition to the elevator business for a company for fire safety and security. From October 2016 to November 2018, I worked for OTIS Europe as Global Product Owner for the Global Service System dedicated to the field additionally to my fonction as Director Field, Quality and EHS for OTIS Switzerland. From 2019 a part of my activity is to support the North and Central European region leading some key actions and supporting field activities and projects.
