Started as a mechanic and grew in my career to mechanical and electrical engineer, process engineer (chemical and energy), process manager and project manager.
Innovatec designs, manufactures and installs hatchery automation equipment for customers all over the world. I enjoy managing all projects within our organization together with my colleagues. All departments are managed separately by specific managers, while I am the connection between the customer and the organization during the project phase. This starts with the transfer of Sales to Project Management and runs through mechanical/electrical engineering, development, purchasing, assembly, logistics, where ultimately the installation is fully commissioned and delivered to the customer. The course of this process requires continuous contact with all internal departments and customers, where I oversee and monitor planning and costs using various tools. I report the outcome of these processes directly to the CEO. The constant growth and development must be managed properly. Together with a team of colleagues, I create the basis and shape improvement processes to, among other things, guarantee quality.
Analysis of hazardous and non-hazardous processes of dryers, heat recovery and air pollution systems. Design and calculate solutions to minimize production issues, increase production speed, process safety, energy savings and minimize environmental issues. Compose technical and commercial reports for customers from our Dutch and German offices.
Project management of Dutch and German engineering teams including mechanical, electrical and service engineers. Projects across all over Europe including Russia. Member of management team and responsible for all technical involvement including time and cost management for all projects.
Technical and commercial support to sales managers involving technical and cost calculations, writing quotations and onsite presentations.
