Mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung im technischen und strategischen Einkauf verantworte ich heute zentrale Beschaffungsaktivitäten bei der Papierfabrik Wattens GmbH & Co KG. Mein Fokus liegt auf strategischem Sourcing, der Führung komplexer Vertragsverhandlungen sowie der Umsetzung lokaler und globaler Beschaffungsinitiativen. Dabei treibe ich konsequent Kostenoptimierung, Versorgungssicherheit und nachhaltige Wertschöpfung – mit einem klaren Anspruch: Einkauf als echten Business-Treiber zu positionieren. TECHNISCHER EINKÄUFER BEI PAPIERFABRIK WATTENS (DELFORT) Technischer Einkäufer für sämtliche Technischen Dienstleistungen und Materialien zentral für Wattens und international in Abstimmung mit dem Zentraleneinkauf in Traun. (ca. 15 Mio. 20 Mio. Euro Volumen Projektabhängig) Entwicklung Projektmanagement und Implementierung aller strategischen Beschaffungsmassnahmen und Prozesse für alle Dienstleistungen in der Materialgruppe Technische Materialien und Dienstleistungen. Implementieren globaler Sourcing-Initiativen, globale Einkaufsstrategie umsetzen, Sourcing-Plan entwickeln und vorantreiben. Durchführung von qualifizierten Anfragen, Koordination der Bestellanforderungen sowie Bestellabwicklung in SAP. Verhandlung und Gestaltung von Liefer- sowie Rahmenverträgen in Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern und Businesspartner. Unterstützen der internen Kunden und Business Stakeholder, um den Bedarf mit allen relevanten Aspekten der Beschaffung zu spezifizieren und umzusetzen. Pflegen des Lieferantenbeziehungsmanagement mit einer adäquaten Lieferantenbasis und verwalten dieser, basierend auf Business Warehouse-Daten und SAP Auswertungen. Aushandlung, Abschluss und Aufrechterhaltung lokaler und oder globaler Lieferantenverträge, lokale/globale Lieferantenstrategie und lokale/globale Beschaffungsverträge verwalten und verhandeln. Ein Beschaffungsnetzwerk aufbauen und verwalten, lokale Geschäftspartner einbeziehen, um den Nutzen zu maximieren. Lokales und globales Stakeholder Management über alle Funktionen hinweg. Verantwortlich für alle Themen im Zusammenhang mit lokalen und globalen Projekten in der Papierfabrik Wattens/Delfortgroup, um den operativen und strategischen Beschaffungsprozess lokal und weltweit zu verwalten und durchzuführen.
