Senior Partner with 25 years building and scaling large consulting practices across APAC — currently on PwC Southeast Asia Consulting’s Executive Team, running commercial performance and operations across an 1,800-person multi-country business. I am passionate about developing high-performing talent and partner teams fostering a collaborative culture across disciplines, geographies and partners. What drives me is the intersection of AI, operations and scale — using technology not as a layer on top of existing processes but as the thing that fundamentally rewires how organisations deliver and compete — creating sustainable bottom-line impact. I lead some of PwC’s largest and most complex digital transformations across APAC — business transformation, back office operations, supply chain, procurement and finance, powered by SAP, data and AI underpinned by managed services. Consistent track record of building things that scale. Over the past several years I’ve led and grown SEAC’s management consulting business, built and lead the Managed Services practice into the practice’s largest profit contributor, and fundamentally shifted the delivery model: establishing low-cost centres across the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, moving significant hours offshore and embedding AI across project delivery and internal operations to reduce cost-to-serve and improve margins. Prior to moving to Singapore, I was a Big 4 equity partner in Australia for 10 years. McKinsey-trained and tech start-up co-founder, bringing entrepreneurial agility alongside the structural rigour of Big 4 delivery at scale.
