Took a sabbatical time-out to get my hands dirty. Bought an old farmhouse (anno 1901) and renovated it. Learned a lot about old and new materials, tools, construction craft and building skills. Planning, logistics, process and time management, budgeting, interior design and even medical first aid (nothing serious). For sure my best decision for personal growth, investment and recharging those batteries..
