• Lead the global Smart Manufacturing department and define the strategic direction for digital manufacturing across all production sites. • Develop and execute the Smart Manufacturing roadmap aligned with business objectives and operational excellence. • Drive the transformation towards cloud-based manufacturing solutions leveraging SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Joule Studio. • Define global architectures, governance, and standards for Manufacturing IT and enterprise integration. • Lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across manufacturing, identifying and scaling high-value use cases in production, quality, maintenance, and operational efficiency. • Drive innovation through AI, Industrial IoT, low-code/no-code platforms, and advanced analytics. • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to shape the digital manufacturing strategy and accelerate business transformation.
• Lead the Smart Manufacturing team and drive digital transformation initiatives across global production sites. • Develop Smart Manufacturing roadmaps, concepts, and implementation strategies to accelerate Industry 4.0 initiatives. • Define and evolve the strategic direction of Shopfloor IT in alignment with business and manufacturing requirements. • Design and implement global software architectures and standards for manufacturing systems. • Advise production and business stakeholders on the digitalization and automation of manufacturing processes. • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Manufacturing solutions, including SAP ME, SAP MII, SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo), and SAP Digital Manufacturing. • Integrate and support manufacturing systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Pick-by-Light solutions, and OPC-based industrial communication. • Leverage manufacturing data and analytics to improve operational transparency and enable data-driven decision-making. • Develop business applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI). • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to standardize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
