Built the commercial engine across Amazon, Zalando and Otto — covering assortment, pricing, content, performance marketing and cross-border expansion. Built and led a cross-functional team across commercial, content and operations. Speaker at Amazon's Brand Owner Conference and guest on the official Amazon Podcast. Sold the company to AMOR Group in 2025 and transitioned into a Director role post-acquisition.
