Beagle Building BV is a small real estate development company active in the niche market of multi tenant laboratory|office buildings. Beagle Darwin Leiden, Beagle Zernike Leiden, Beagle Marconi Rotterdam, Beagle ATMP Rotterdam.
In 2002 an innovative concept was developed for a series of purpose-built laboratory office centers for biotechnology companies. The name of the concept: Beagle. The first center, Beagle Darwin, was completed in 2006. Together with the founding father of the Beagle concept we are developing Beagle Park Marconi in Rotterdam and Beagle Hordijk in Rotterdam

TURN-KEY FLEXIBLE LABS All you need for a complete lab LabHotel is a concept that enables researchers and companies to make use of laboratory facilities. These "turn-key” laboratories are flexible for short and longer periods available. The labs are Biological Safety Level II (BSL2) prepared and equipped with all necessary permits. The labs, eventual in combination with the use of office(s), are available including standard facilities. All additional supplies are "a la carte" available through the turn-key menu.
The TyBin - a multifunctional waste bin/bag with advertisement space including an integrated system to attach it, to keep it open and to close it. The TyBin has been designed specifically for use during outdoor events. As the bags are always open during use rubbish can be disposed of easily. When the bag is full it can be completely closed by pulling on the integrated belt until the opening is too small for rubbish to fall out. The TyBin is supplied with the integrated belt system, a tywrap and full color customised 20 x30 cm sticker. By using the TyBin during events money (and time) can be saved by the organisation as no (or much less) mini containers need to be rented, transported and cleaned. The rubbish stays in the TyBin as it can be closed by the belt system. The TyBin is for a large part made from recycled plastic. Rest products of the production are collected and re-used again.
