I am passionate about thinking out of the box in order to bring complex and challenging projects to sustainable success with practicable solutions. One of my focus areas is claim management in which I can refer to various major disputes which were subject to arbitration or litigation or (even better) amicable settlement agreements. Responsible for the legal advice on national and international renewable projects with a focus on construction and operation Key accomplishments: - Lead Lawyer of the Nordsee Ost wind offshore project (295 MW) in the German Bight - Legal advice on a wide range of national and international projects, such as wind onshore, photovoltaic, solar, hydro power and wind offshore (with and w/o project finance) - Entry in new markets like MENA, North America or Australia - Lead Lawyer of several disputes >100m € - Development of standard supply, O&M and EPCI agreements for various technologies - Building up a Construction Law Team
