I started FAIRLEAD REAL ESTATE in 2015 to provide expert advice and operational assistance in the acquisition and the financing of Real Estate assets of all types. I occasionally run resi development/investment operations in Brittany and provide coaching in RE finance to corporates and institutions. This follows a 15-year period at RBS with a number of exciting and complex mandates… from creating the Real Estate Finance business in France and Benelux to successfully running-off the €3.5bn French Real Estate portfolio. Last position with RBS (2009 - 2015): Managed the Real Estate activities in France (restructuring of real estate loans, management of real estate investment and credit exposures, downselling of the €3bn loan book). Earlier mandates with RBS: 1 - started and managed the Real Estate business line for France (1999-->2003; €2.5bn; 15 staff), 2 - supervised Real Estate Portfolio Management for Europe (2004-->2006; €7bn assets; 7 staff), 3 - sourced and executed large RE Investment transactions in France and Germany (2007-->2009).
