- Built an in-house tech team from 1 to 20+ in 4 months, leading product management, product design, engineering and QA. - Developed in-house BI team, data infrastructure, and business intelligence/product analytics reporting tooling using a dbt driven ELT pipeline ingesting marketing, MMP, transactional and CDP data at scale. - Architected, rebuilt, and delivered a next-gen tech infrastructure and client applications, including a fully automated GitOps/IAC managed backend with ultra HA to handle volatile E-Commerce traffic at any scale, a new native iOS app experience that grew 2x revenue and 5x CR over 9 months and a new headless web commerce experience that runs 4x faster than other market-leading e-commerce brands. - Developed in-house integrated solutions, solving big data omnichannel problems, including custom omnichannel attribution models, MarTech, order management systems, retail OS, cross-border online/retail distribution network, messaging and personalisation APIs to deliver a world-class omnichannel customer experience. - Drove the strategic pivot to become customer-centric, focusing on customer discovery, segmentation, personas, CDP integration, building delightful experiences, feedback systems and reporting, resulting in 2-3x improvements on all KPIs over 18 months, including NPS, LTV, App stores, GMB profiles, etc.
