• Responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle process (Operation & Maintenance Agreements) of power plant applications equipped with MAN equipment in the Middle East & Africa region; • Led and developed sales strategies to grow MAN presence in the region. Successful track-record at closing 140 M€ order intake while building a sustainable project pipeline throughout the region; • Coordinated of project specific requirements in collaboration with internal local and global departments to ensure completion of commercial and technical offers; • O&M and LTSA contract drafting, reviewing and front-end negotiations with customer until signature.
• Led the supply, expedition and assembly of a Common Rail Retrofit kit in the U.S. for R&D collaboration project with MAN ES American licensee which led to securing the contract valued 2M€. Subsequently secured and facilitated the order intake of over 30M€. • Implemented a new quality & commercial strategy with MAN ES Chinese licensees for the supply of MAN ES nuclear emergency genset components for the Chinese market which resulted in securing an order intake of 15-20M€ •Developed new digital products and services that improved business plans and pricing models as a core member of MAN ES’ global Digitalization Strategy •Led the set-up and delivery of a remote monitoring technology that provided technical supervision of 4 thermic power plants located in Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Corsica with global electricity power of 775MW. Directly managed 2 persons to accomplish this project. •Rolled out a novel ticketing system using SAP Cloud 4 Services within MAN ES France by coordinating the business needs from France, Denmark and Germany.
