I’m a Digital Product Manager with experience leading customer-facing and platform initiatives across eCommerce, CRM, customer experience, and Salesforce ecosystems. My career began in retail operations and store leadership before transitioning into retail technology, quality assurance, product ownership, and ultimately product management.
