- Elaboration of MREL projections through various scenarios. - Elaboration of the communication plan, FMI contingency plan, Internal Loss Transfer Mechanism analysis. - Elaboration of quarterly MREL_TLAC and MREL Data Collection reported to the regulator. - Elaboration of reporting templates (LDR, FMIR, CFR, NOTIF_IMP, CIR, SRF Contribution). - Design and validation of IT requirements. - Issuances and eligible liabilities analysis. - Participation in periodic workshops with the SRB, Bank of Spain and FROB. - Participation and follow-up in projects to improve the group resolvability, which are approved by the Board of Directors.
- Auditing of Financial Statements for banking companies both from Spain and Andorra, in compliance with Spanish GAAP and IFRS. - Loan loss provision calculation and loan classification (especially NPLs) under Spanish Bank 6/2021 regulation (update of 4/2017 regulation), in compliance with IFRS 9. - Managed a team under time constraints.
