More than 20 years of experience in Project Management, People Leadership, Change Management along with Process Re-engineering. Working as a consultant provided me deep insight into different businesses and organizations. Starting at team member level, through project management and up to managerial responsibility, I have successfully delivered various complex projects. Having had the recent opportunity to introduce Agile values to an organization and its teams, I´m encouraged to empower and lead teams to achieve best results. Being a native German living in Barcelona and having always worked for organizations with a global footprint I enjoy working in multi-cultural environments.
