As part of the Operations Board, I held commercial and operational responsibility for key aerospace and defence OEM and MoD clients. Successfully led and developed high volume workforce solutions to clients focussing on resource provision and human resources support for over 300 employees and 500 contractors in UK engineering and military environments. This included management of TUPE transfer of 150+ workers, Trade Union negotiations, personnel development schemes and recruitment strategies. Implemented and developed the Italian operation including successfully achieving business growth targets, development of new service lines, the management of the in-country recruitment function and new office implementation. Led the UK based recruitment team delivering engineering labour into UK, Portugal, India and Denmark requiring development of legally compliant solutions, European attraction strategies and highly effective workforce inductions and management.
