Research funding is becoming more complex, more competitive, and more dependent on public-private collaboration. I help research institutes, academic consortia, and industry partners navigate that complexity — from funding landscape strategy to submission-ready proposals. With a PhD in biomedical science, six years of postdoctoral research spanning brain molecular imaging and focused ultrasound-mediated drug delivery in pediatric brain tumors, and over almost four years of (senior) strategic funding consultancy experience, I bring something most funding advisors can't: genuine scientific credibility combined with deep strategic expertise across the most complex EU funding schemes. My particular expertise lies in Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) public-private partnerships — one of the most demanding funding architectures in the European landscape. In four years of consultancy (two as Senior), I supported five successful IHI applications — a track record that reflects both the complexity of the scheme and the strategic approach I bring to every engagement. Beyond IHI, my success record includes independently supporting a funded ERC Advanced Grant, leading the support of a funded ERC Synergy Grant, two successful EU4Health applications, and one funded Mission Cancer project, among other successes. Together, these represent a consistent track record of success across the most competitive and high-stakes funding schemes in the European research landscape in Life Science and Health. I work across the full funding cycle: a) matching between call requirements and project idea, b) concept development, c) consortium building, d) PPP structuring, e) proposal development, and f) pitch coaching for ERC selection rounds. My approach is strategic first, tactical second: the right funding opportunity, structured the right way, argued compellingly. I've supported Principal Investigators, consortium coordinators, and industry partners at every stage — from the earliest "should we apply?" conversation to final submission.
