In our team we combine two areas of knowledge transfer to our products. The applications group is responsible for providing direct support to our customers in the commissioning and use of new products. In addition, we conduct internal training for our application specialists worldwide and demonstrate the functionality of our products in cooperation with the sales department. What we do in this context is - Sales support (remote product presentations, on-site or at trade shows) - Customer support (on-site, telephone, remote) - Product training for customers, sales and application specialists - Installation and commissioning in the clinical environment - Organization and execution of product specific workshops - R&D support for product development through customer feedback and complaint management On the other hand, we offer the knowledge of dosimetric fundamentals and the transfer of our many years of experience to all those involved in the medical physics part of radiation therapy. Our Dosimetry School courses are offered worldwide. Our course program includes - Absolute Dosimetry - Relative Dosimetry - Small Field Dosimetry - IMRT / VMAT QA - Calibration Lab
Head of international group of Application Specialists. Coordination of Technical Training and support for main products of PTW-Freiburg. Training for Application Specialists, Sales Representatives, Sales Managers. Support for all PTW subsidiaries and distributors. Attendance at national and international congresses and exhibitions. (ESTRO, ASTRO, AAPM, JASTRO, DEGRO, DGMP, etc.) Collaboration with PM and R&D departments, feedback of training experience.
