- Key Responsibilities are: - Preparing a Monthly Quality Report for Nikon Global. - Creating, updating and maintaining internal reports for Microsoft, HP and Nikon. - For all clients, tracking and analysing CSAT on a daily basis. - Identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvements to Team Managers instantly if needed to assist in meeting all KPIs. - Providing Excel Training for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Levels for Agents, Team Managers and Supporting Staff. -Ensuring exceptional customer experience by continuously coaching agents and bringing their product knowledge and soft skills to the highest standard.
